David Martinez, a determined teenager from Night City, wears a bold yellow jacket through much of the story. This version uses real leather for the shell, so the yellow looks deep and natural instead of flat. Missing or Delayed Packages

Return Shipping Costs
If you choose to return or exchange an item due to sizing, style, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and provide photos of the item as evidence. Time Limit For Returns And Exchanges
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return, refund, or exchange. Once those 30 days pass, we're no longer able to process any request. Before sending anything back, please email our support team at info@oxbowe.com with your order number, the item name, and your reason for the return. We're unable to accept packages that arrive without prior approval (RMA) from our team, so this first step really matters.
No Extra Charges For Restocking
We keep things simple here. Oxbowe never charges a restocking fee on any return.
What Makes An Item Eligible
For a return to go through, the item needs to be untouched. That means no wear, no washing, and no alterations of any kind. Original tags and packaging should still be attached and intact. We also ask that items stay free from strong smells, whether that's perfume, detergent, or anything else.

Starting Your Return
Getting started is easy. Send us an email with your order number, the item you're returning, and a short reason why. Once we approve your request, pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit, and hold on to your shipping receipt or tracking number until the return is complete.
Who Covers The Shipping Cost
If you're returning something simply because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or preferred a different style, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or completely wrong, let us know within 30 days and include a few photos as proof. In that case, Oxbowe takes full responsibility and emails you a prepaid return label at no cost.
Changing Your Mind Before Dispatch
You can cancel an order only if it hasn't shipped yet. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we're unable to accept or process any cancellation request, so please reach out quickly if your plans change.
How Refunds Work
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we begin processing your refund right away. Most refunds complete within 7 business days after approval. The money goes back to your original payment method, and if that method isn't available anymore, we'll contact you directly to sort out another way to refund you.
